Week 06 Day 38 = Chest, Shoulders & Triceps

Week 06 Day 39 = Active rest day

Week 06 Day 40 = Legs & Abs

Week 06 Day 41 = Back & Biceps + Saturday ride

Week 06 Day 42 = Active rest day
