Another day of rest today, and as always, I’m still keeping active. The usual ride to and from work, plus an added in yoga session this evening.

The extra fitness components that I have added in to this 12 week program have really helped keep things interesting.
On top of that, with all of the new recipes and healthy eating options that I have been trying out, I know that there will be plenty of positive changes that I can take out of this experience.
I’m not yet sure what I’m going to do once these 12 weeks are over but I’m definitely going to keep going to the gym. Maybe I’ll have a few days off and find some way to reward myself.
Also, recently I started considering some martial arts. I’m not sure which one to start yet and there’s a lot of info available so I’m going to have to research a bit more. I signed up for a an introductory lesson for Krav Maga on July 9, I’m sure that will be interesting!
