The Workout (Legs & Abs)

  • Back squat
  • Dumbbell lunge
  • Machine leg curls
  • Straight leg barbell dead lift
  • Single leg dumbbell calf raise
  • Bicycle kick
  • Medicine ball leg lift
  • Hanging leg raises
