Today was another day spent with my mate who is a personal trainer.
We have been doing a bit of club hopping, trying out a new gym every week. It’s a great chance to push myself harder and learn some new exercises.
As an addition to the lat pull down, I completed a standing version where you place your wrists on the bar and swing it down, then press your shoulder-blades together at the bottom.

THe actual gym floor is spread out over 2 levels, and has a huge selection of weights with plenty of equipments. A nice gym overall, but a little too expensive, with membership costing around £55 per month.
