Week 06 Day 40 – Legs & abs

It’s always a tough day with the cycle to and from work, plus a legs workout. I did manage to fit it in during my lunch break. To make it a bit more of a challenge, I increased reps and included supersets, too.

The Workout (Legs & Abs)

  • Machine leg press
  • Machine leg extension
  • Machine leg curls
  • Straight leg barbell dead lift
  • Single leg dumbbell calf raise
  • Bicycle kick
  • Medicine ball leg lift
  • Hanging leg raises
