Week 05 Day 35

Rounding up week 5 today I am feeling absolutely exhausted!
I’m sitting on the couch, in my pyjamas, watching South Park and typing this up.

After all that riding AND a lower body workout, I’m definitely going to put my feet up tonight.

The Workout (Legs & Abs)

  • Barbell squat
  • Dumbbell lunge
  • Machine leg curls
  • Stiff-legged dead lift
  • Seated dumbbell calf raise
  • Reverse curl*
  • Leg raises*
  • Bicycle kicks
  • Russian twist*
  • Crunches*
  • Heel taps

(*with a medicine ball)
