It’s a long weekend here in London, with Monday being a bank holiday. With that in mind, it’s important to still make time for the gym in between relaxing and partying.
A friend who helped me out last week, came along again today. Having a workout buddy really does motivate you to want to work harder. Even though we weren’t working on the same exercises the whole time, at the end we finished up with triceps, and then added in an additional abs, similar to last week except this week we added a medicine ball in (held between the feet).
The Workout (Shoulders, Chest & Triceps)
- Dumbbell Bench Press
- Flat bench dumbbell flyes
- Dumbbell Side Lateral raises
- Seated barbell press
- Triceps Pushdown
- Lying triceps press/skull crushers
