As everything is up and running with my bike again, I rode in to work today, no problems.
The gears are all sorted, tyres are pumped and nothing to worry about.
Today was pretty similar to last Sunday when I dropped my regular cardio at the gym as I was pedalling for an hour to work and the same home again.
I made sure to hit the weights hard and during my lunch hour, rather than after hours and then having to jump straight back in the saddle.

- Barbell deadlift
- Alternating dumbbell curl
- Hammer curl
