Down at the gym today for an upper body workout during my lunch hour.
Start of Week 5 today and so far I’m really happy with how everything is going!
I’m really enjoying trying all these new recipes and switching up things every day.
The biggest change so far has been a drop in my body fat percentage from 10 down to 8%.
The Workout (Shoulders, Chest & Triceps)
- Barbell Bench Press
- Incline dumbbell flyes
- Dumbbell Side Lateral raises
- Machine Overhead Press
- Triceps Pushdown
- Dips – chest version
