Today is going to be a short and sweet entry.
It was an active rest day so I completed 30 minutes of cardio during my lunch break.
Following along with the plan, as usual. I’m almost one month in and I’ve fallen a bit behind with tracking my progress.
Going to the gym and eating healthy, and at regular intervals is all becoming second nature. But I have been a bit slack with entering results in to my Workout & Exercise Journal, which, in turn, tends to lead to me being late with these entries. And I really want to keep posting for every day!
I will make more of an effort with tracking my progress daily so as to not fall behind.
