Week 02 Day 12

Had to pump out a quick cardio session today and that’s it!
I spent 30 minutes running hard and sweating it out during my lunch break.
It’s very important to stay motivated and keep your goals in mind throughout the week. Sometimes there’s a little voice that tells you, “it’s ok if you miss a day – its only cardio”.. But cardio and active rest days are all a part of the process.
It’s also important to stay consistent with a balanced diet, water intake, and getting adequate rest each night. By doing these little things to the best of my ability I’m feeling like that will be the path to a successful, healthy lifestyle – and not just another attempt.
